Suzhou NDK Co., Ltd., based on the NDK Group's Environmental Philosophy and Policies, enacts and implements the following environmental policies.

1. Environmental Philosophy

We, Suzhou NDK Co., Ltd., acknowledge that gto fulfill our obligation to society, we are required to take active measures to conserve the ecology of the planeth as stated in our Corporate Philosophy. Based on this understanding, we recognize the importance of taking action to reduce environmental impact and of constructing a recycling-based society, and we will strive purposefully and responsibly to contribute to sustainable development for both the earth and humankind through constant and proactive measures to protect the global environment.

2. Environmental Policies
1. Preserving the global environment is one of the major management issues at Suzhou NDK Co., Ltd. We will carefully analyze and assess the environmental impact of all products and business processes, from manufacture through sale as well as continually improve measures to prevent environmental pollution.
2. We will observe all relevant environmental regulations and stipulations strictly and maintain and improve environmental management systems. We will endeavor to make continual progress in the results of our environmental activities and review and improve the performance of environmental management systems.
3. We will establish our own standards in the areas of our operations with significant environmental impact. These standards will be based on the present-day realities of technology and economics. We will also review, when necessary, our environmental objectives and targets concerning these activities and progressively improve the management of such activities.
1. Promoting the three R's: Reduction, Reuse, and Recycling of waste, and aim to achieve zero emissions.
2. Proper management and reduction in usage of substances with environmental impact.
3. Strengthening the management of specified chemical substances and reducing emissions of such substances.
3. We will implement educational programs and conduct communication activities to ensure all employees understand our Environmental Policies and to facilitate employee participation in environmental preservation activities.
4. We will make our Environmental Policies readily available to the public.
