Tokyo, August 5, 2009 Nihon Dempa Kogyo Co., Ltd. today revised its first half-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2010, which was previously issued on May 11, 2009. Details are as follows.
With respect to its full-year consolidated earnings forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2010, it will be announced on the disclosure day (scheduled on November 6, 2009) for its 2nd quarter consolidated financial results based on the achievement in the future.
