In recent years, there has been a growing demand for miniaturized and low-profile crystal units for wireless earphones, smartwatches, and hearing aids. To meet these needs, we have developed the NX0806AA, 0.8×0.6mm crystal units that achieves the world's smallest size ^(*1) with low ESR.

By using high-quality raw stones developed by us and processing crystal pieces with high precision using our proprietary photolithographic microfabrication technique, we have achieved the world's smallest size ^(*1) with a 0.8×0.6×0.25mm Max.

In addition, by maximizing the size of the resonator within the package, we have successfully achieved low ESR despite its compact size. As a result, current dissipation has been reduced, with a ESR value of 21 ohms at 76.8 MHz. It is the first time in the world ^(*2) to achieve the low ESR value with this compact size, low profile, and high performance.

Not only that, but also through the manufacturing techniques we have cultivated, we have achieved high-precision normal-temperature frequency tolerance of ±10 ppm, which is required for many IoT communication standards. We believe that, at present, we are the only company capable of providing crystal devices of this size with high stability and this quality.
