Twin-CQCM Sensor

High-Precision, High-stability Measurement in Cryogenic Environments

The Twin-COCM is a QCM sensor capable of cryogenic temperature control down to -196°C through liquid nitrogen cooling.
Two quartz crystals—one for measurement and one as a reference—compensate for temperature fluctuations, enabling stable detection of mass changes.
Combined with 1-channel or 4-channel controllers, it supports flexible system configurations tailored to specific objectives.

Temperature Stability in Ultra-Low Temperature Environments

Even when temperatures vary from -196°C to +125°C, the difference between the detection electrode and reference electrode remains within ±6 pm of true value.
