The Twin-TQCM is a Peltier-controlled QCM sensor capable of temperature control from -80°C to +125°C without liquid nitrogen.
It compensates for temperature fluctuations using two quartz crystals—one for measurement and one as a reference—enabling stable detection of mass changes.
Combined with 1-channel or 4-channel controllers, it supports flexible system configurations tailored to specific purposes.

The Twin-TQCM rapidly achieves a stable low-temperature state shortly after cooling begins. By adjusting the heat dissipation conditions, rapid cooling to temperatures below -80°C is possible. By changing the temperature of the sensor module mounting section (heat dissipation surface), measurement across a wide temperature range is achievable.
Customization options such as the following are available depending on your application and installation conditions.
Expanding outgas capture range by adjusting the angle of the cover opening
Modifying the module structure to suit chamber conditions
Changing cable length and connection connectors
Modifying software analysis functions and control specifications
