NDK Group Environmental Philosophy

We, of the NDK Group, acknowledge that "to fulfill our obligation to society, we are required to take active measures to conserve the ecology of the planet" as stated in our Corporate Philosophy. Based on this understanding, we recognize the importance of taking action to reduce environmental impact and of constructing a recycling-based society, and we will strive purposefully and responsibly to contribute to sustainable development for both the earth and humankind through constant and proactive measures to protect the global environment.

We, ANC/NQM as a worldwide influential organization in manufacturing Quartz Crystal units recognize and realize the importance of environmental and preservation throughout our business activities.

We are committed :

• To make continual improvement on our environmental performances by maintaining and improving environmental management programs/system.
• Prevent pollution and minimize schedule and non-schedule waste generation through reduction, reuse and recycling.
• Eliminate/reduce environmental related hazardous substances.
• Comply with all applicable Malaysian Environmental Regulation's Corporate Environmental Guidelines Customer Specific Requirements and Other International Laws and Regulation where applicable.
• Reduce consumption of material and natural resources.
• Reduce or eliminate the releases of pollutants into the environment.
• Enhance safe working environment, promote environmental awareness among employees and make policy and communication/contacts readily available for public and interested parties.
• This environmental management policy is part of the company policy and shall periodically be reviewed on the effectiveness of implementation.
