Millimeter-Wave Converter

Based on our experience in millimeter-wave band development, we have developed a down converter suitable for automotive radar measurement in the 79GHz band. The down converter incorporates a local signal source with low spurious characteristics based on our experience in the oscillator, enabling measurement of millimeter-wave band signals with measuring instruments up to 26.5GHz. In addition, we have developed a highly sensitive down converter with a built-in low-noise amplifier that is applicable to 60-GHz broadband radars, which are expected to be applied in the future, and it is enabling measurement that ensures the ratio of signal to noise with less signal degradation.
