In response to the directive issued by the China Eco-Environment Department (No. 31) that companies should disclose environmental information, Suzhou NDK must receive public oversight by disclosing such information as wastewater emissions, the construction and operation of pollution control facilities, the review of the environmental impact of construction projects, environmental protection authorities, and emergency response to environmental incidents.
